[ICOM] Radio Shack USB - CIV control adapter

What'ch getting at there, Jack?
That cable (20-289) is just an RS-232 to 1/8 phone plug that was used with a 
very old line of scanners.
It doesn't take care of adapting the voltages to CIV levels.
