[ICOM] Radio Shack USB - CIV control adapter

All I gave was the part #.  This has been a topic on the 7000 
reflector.  The guys that installed the $5 cable found that it took 
place of the (expensive) CT-17.
There is some discussion as to wether the replacement cable, which is 
USB, will work.
