[ICOM] USB > serial HELP NEEDED for 2720 T81 others

I got tired of lugging all the adapters - hubs - etc, so I just sold off the
old serial stuff and bought a USB cable from the E-place.  Shed a little
weight and a lot of volume in the laptop bag too.
