[ICOM] IC-718 Speech Processor Adjustment

A couple of general comments:

All the DSP-based Icom radios, and several of the larger analogue Icom rigs,
have a COMP control on the front panel and a COMP meter scale to facilitate
adjustment. The compression setting procedure is given in the user manual.

Some of the "low-end" radios have a compressor, but there is usually no
front-panel compression control. If compressor alignment points are
provided, they will be described in the "Adjustment Procedures" section of
the service manual for that model. An oscilloscope is required to align the
compressor correctly.
