Most Alincos and Kenwood advertise Crossband repeat right in the flyer.  And my TS2000 and Yaesu FT8900 did crossband repeat right out of the box.  I think the exception really are radios that have to be modified to do crossband repeat.  Those seem to be limited to Icom, except for the Kenwood TS790.
