Brian: Assuming the G5RV antenna that you are using is the standard length of 102 ft, Have the impedance measureed at the antenna  coax, using an antenna analyzer, at the lowest band you intend to use. Take that impedance measurement and have someone calculate for you a length of coax(stub) to add to have that impedance transeformed to one the antenna tuner can match. This should get you going.
