Thanks for your comments and for pointing out at "out of life" details of 
the installation. Just waiting for some free time to spend for the new 
filter.

Art,
Concerning Outlook Express, go to Tools/Options/Send/PlainTextSettings and 
then look for "Automatically wrap text at <76> characters, when sending". 
The 76 is a default. You can adjust it the way you want.

The installation is not difficult at all.  Have a small tip on the
soldering iron and a Philips #1 longer than 4 inches.
I think you should remove J4 from the Filter Unit and the
tape holding it down to the Filter. I didn't and had to open the PA and 
reseat it.
 It would not hurt to remove all the screws from the Filter Unit, this 
allows
some more room for big hands.  I am use to plug and jack type connectors the
775 uses jacks and the plug is the cable end.
I have a question: How do you set the right hand margin
in Outlook?
