[ICOM] 775 will not xmit

The installation is not difficult at all.  Have a small tip on the
soldering iron and a Philips #1 longer than 4 inches.
I think you should remove J4 from the Filter Unit and the
tape holding it down to the Filter. I didn't and had to open the PA and reseat it. 
 It would not hurt to remove all the screws from the Filter Unit, this allows
some more room for big hands.  I am use to plug and jack type connectors the
775 uses jacks and the plug is the cable end.
I have a question: How do you set the right hand margin 
in Outlook?
