AND, if you set it somewhere around 45-55, your
text will be more readable since eye/brain
combination will read entire lines or groups
of lines at one glance. Also, if your message
gets a reply and/or forward, the word wrap won't
get into the quoted/forwarded text.
Whatever you do, please DO NOT set word wrap
higher than the default, and PLEASE use plain
text!

Concerning Outlook Express, go to Tools/Options/Send/PlainText
Settings and then look for "Automatically wrap text at <76>
characters, when sending". The 76 is a default. You can adjust
it the way you want.
