I have a ic-251a,that I just rebuilt the power supply ,now full voltage
under load from doa. the transmitter is very low output apx 1 watt on
highest setting. anyway I do not have the gear to fully tear into the
rig and try to solve its problems . Can anyone recommend a service
place or guy that will still work on these old rigs?
thanks for any help. If you have a e mail contact ,please send it
along.

Send an e-mail to Scott Malcolm at Malcolm Tech Services. His e-mail
address, etc is listed in the eHam site under the "Reviews", and "Amateur Repair
Services". He is excellent.
