[ICOM] service for 251a

I have a ic-251a,that I just rebuilt the power supply ,now full voltage 
under load from doa. the transmitter is very low output apx 1 watt on 
highest setting. anyway I do not have the gear to fully tear into the 
rig and try to solve its problems . Can anyone recommend a service 
place or guy that will still work on these old rigs?
