[ICOM] AH-2 Controller

Not quite correct.

First was the AH-1.

The AH-1 was a whip/tuner assembly - and not a very good one at that. About
the IC-730 era.

Then the AH-2.

The AH-2 was available in separate parts. About the IC-735 era.

The AH-2A was the tuner and controller.

The AH-2B was the whip antenna and base.

Then came the AH-3.

The AH-3 was the AH-2 tuner only, no whip and base, and no controller. The
controller was built in the radio by then. About the IC-725 era.

The AH-4 - well - you know what that is.
