OK, The AH-2 included the Tuner, the Control Unit,
and the Mobile Antenna and Antenna Base. Oversized
ceramic base for bumper mount. Required 13.5 vdc from
external source. Control cable and coax included. My
info is that the original design was for quasi military, and
maritime small boat applications.
Next, the AH-3. It was identical to the AH-2 except it
didn't include the antenna and antenna base. They were
often called AH-2's because it was the same tuner.
Then the AH-4 came out. It's a small modernized tuner
Control cable and coax included.
These tuners are all interchangeable, except the AH-4
includes 6-mtr coverage. My AH-2 does that on my 75'
wire, (SWR at tuner is low, but the antenna is not what
one needs for 6-mtrs.) For years I've used these tuners
on USAF MARS and Amateur frequencies. No problem.
