[ICOM] Icom IC-2100H mic trouble

Reflow the solder connection on the circuit board. Build it up a little
if possible. I did this for a friend on his V8K-same mic, and has worked
well for over a year since. And it gets a lot of exercise . 73 & GL Rick.
