[ICOM] Icom IC-2100H mic trouble

Hi to all.  I am writing this on behalf of another ham friend who is not on
the reflector.  He has an Icom IC-2100H that has the stock mic with the
touchtone buttons (might be HM-133S).  While I was talking to him, the
transmitter would drop in and out.  We isolated it to the switch on the mic
not making a good connection.  Has anyone else had trouble with the mic
switch?  Can you just buy the switch, or did you end up buying a new mic?
