[ICOM] IC-701 wreck please

Don,
   That is the problem with the one I have thrown back.   I've been told
by an ex-Icom tech that the problem is usually the plate through holes on
the synthsizer board.   They crack, and loose conductivity.   He told me
just resoldiering them solved the problem in most the radio's he
repaired.   I've not had time to try it on my radio.
