[ICOM] Original 706 no HF output

Hello again,
Further to my earlier posting I discovered that RL 6 in the filter board was
not switching on. Cause - blown protection diode.
Removed the diode and now full power has restored with no damage to the
driver transistor. A circuit diagram would have helped but managed without
it. Hard bit now is fitting the replacement one!
