Hmmm....  Didn't know she was a ham.  But let me guess her call.

Believe it or not, my 706 is used mostly for AM-BCB listening.  I have a
Radio Shack AM-loop antenna on it.  (I want another Radio Shack AM-loop
antenna, got one to sell anyone?)

I find the sensitivity just right for that.  And with the main chassis
remoted and the front panel mounted on a nice wood/aluminum stand, it is
very compact next to the bed.
