[ICOM] RT Systems + Icom W-32A

Ok -- I'm trying to clone my old W32A to my new one (darn antenna connector) via 
the PC.  The 1.x version of the RT Systems software supposedly wouldn't program 
the new ones, so I upgraded to 2.09 (and downloaded the patch on rtsars.com).

Can't load the .ICF file from the old one to the new one, even with the "Expand 
RX" box unchecked.

Anyone seen this before?  Is there another option that the newer W32's won't handle?
