[ICOM] PRO3 out-of-band head's up

Hi All,

Just a note that the new PRO3 (US version) does not transmit out-of-band
(even a little bit).
A problem for those of us who are MARS members . . .

Per ICOM America, "We do not currently have the MARS mod info for the
756pro3."

If anybody runs across mod info, please post to the list.
