I use the Heil HC-4 mike element with my ProIII and the settings for my
voice are:

LEVEL set menu: SSB TX Tone Bass = 0, SSB TX Tone Trebel = +5  (I left
all of the SSB TBW settings at the factory defaults).

Mic Gain control = 10 o'clock.

Comp control = 11 o'clock.

Compression = COMP ON MID.

I used the samre settings for my ProII.
