[ICOM] IC-260A circuit

G'day all

Can anyone point to or help me with a circuit for a IC-260A, I have 
downloaded the manual ok but all the sources I have found does not seem to 
have the circuit attached? my radio appears to be working fine except that 
the readout indicates 73 high, ie when it is receiving on 146.500 mhz the 
readout says 146.573 ?? that was just a tad confusing when I first fired the 
radio up!!
Does this behaviour ring any bells for anyone?
