[ICOM] AT-130 marine antenna tuners

Seems the newer ones have a jumper that changes the state of the  
keying line or some such thing.

Also the '120 and the '130 are rated for 150 watts AND for continuous  
RTTY duty.  They probably figure that "regular folks" will be harder  
on them than hams, too.
