[ICOM] AT-130 marine antenna tuners

I previously used an AH-4. My 120 works the same - tunes
automatically, turns on/off properly. I found a mod somewhere for the
120, but I found mine needed no mod to work exactly as an AH-4. I
also saw that mine did not look exactly the same as the circuit board
photos for the 120 in the mod article - maybe mine was a later
version. If so, then the later 130 would likely have those version
changes and would probably work properly like mine.
Perhaps your mod info is the mod I found when I was first researching mine.
My 120 is "beefier" than the AH-4. I think the inductors are larger,
IIRC. Also wider tuning range (lower freqs with same radiator).
