[ICOM] IC-2100 fused ground wire

It's simple really. Look at the basic wiring of your vehicle. There is a
very high current path between the motor and the battery when starting.
If part of your ground system comes loose, the current will look for another
path. Should your radio be part of that path, well... Lets just say that
your radio should NOT be used that way. And the fuse in the ground lead
will keep that from becoming a reality.
