[ICOM] IC-910 H memory problems

Hi,

 

We have just started a new repeater in our area and I am finding it
impossible to lock it into memory.  I follow the instructions…set everything
in the VFO mode and save.  It seems to indicate that I have it in a memory.

 

However, if you bump the vfo knob or the rig looses power, I loose the tone
and dup settings.  Anyone have a clue as to what I must be doing wrong?
