[Icom] Programming info reqd.

Hello to all on this reflector.

I am looking for some help with an commercial type portable rig I have.  The
unit is an IC-H21T and is currently programmed with 163 Mhz frequencies
which are used by the emergency services here in VK.

Does anyone out there know how I can reprogram this unit.  I am looking to
reprogram some other 161 mhz frequencies into it and I have thought about
converting it to 2 metres also.

I have no specifications on what the rig will do so if someone can help I
would be very grateful.
