[Icom] 756PRO2 no transmit

Hello Buck
I have both a 756p2 that is now dead and my backup rig a 746pro.
I have heard of the problem with the 746pro, after 2 years of use no
problems, but that was the case with the 756p2 HIHI.
I still have 2 more radios if the 746pro goes south HIHI.
You just never can have enough radios.
