[Icom] IC 471H Meter Lamp

Does anyone know the best or correct method to remove the meter lamp =
from a IC=20
471H.  Can the lamp be removed without dropping the front panel, =
possibly from=20
rear of the meter thru the top removable lid?  Many thanks for any help =
offered.
