Dan, be sure that the spurs aren't coming from a dirty joint somewhere 
in your shack or house,
rectifying the signal and creating the harmonics.  A BCB filter won't 
knock that source out, cause
it's 'on the band'. Time to check your grounds and connections everywhere!!
