[ICOM] BCB Interference.

Dan;
I had this problem here in the Buffalo area with a station on 1300KHZ. I
called them and told them about my problem on 3900KHZ. I suggested that they
check their ground system.
They did something because it got much better but the interference at 3900
never could be eliminated. I was a mile and a half from a 1KW station.
