[Icom] CIV Control of Icom VHF and UHF rigs

Hi Ken,

when I type IC-2100H into Google, the first two items
relate to that radio.

That's the whole manual, and I did not find anything about CIV.
I get the idea that it is only appliccable to radios designed for base
station use.
