[Icom] IC706 mkII + Heil Pro set

Sorry for band width

I try to connect Heil Pro set (HC-5 element) to IC 706mkII but the audio
output of Heil seems to be  too low for 706. Does anyone have good idea
(experience) on 706/Heil combination ? Do I simply need to add small amp
between them ?
