Hello Adam,

I am filled with Heilsound-confidence and I am looking forward to the first
reports.

Thanks for your kind remarks about the photo session of Friedrichshafen on
my site. We enjoyed our visit this year. We met a lot of amateurs from
several countries and the fleamarket was big enough for at least a whole
day. There were several new items on the Hamtronic. I found it very
interesting again.

Unfortunately I never visited Dayton, but it is on my shortlist. I hope to
stay for a few weeks holidays before and after, to visit your beautiful
country.

They did not power up the IC-7800. It was behind glass in a kind of
show-window. I don't know the reason for this. Perhaps it was not 100%
operational yet. The Icom official told me a price of between 10.000 and
15.000 euro (1 euro is about $ 1.10 nowadays). I will ask my XYL permission
for an extra mortgage...

Your excellent Icom page really is of great importance to us!
