Hi Hans,
Very good - I am confident that you will enjoy using the GoldLine with both
your Icom radios. The setting s I suggested in my earlier posting may be a
good starting point.
Looked over your Friedrichshafen page - wow! Most impressive, even when
compared to Dayton. Icom must have air-freighted the IC-7800 prototype from
Dayton in time for the Friedrichshafen show. Did they power it up at any
stage? The 7800 spectrum scope is actually a very decent RF spectrum
analyser, with RBW = 100Hz min. There is some 7800 information on my Icom
page.
