Hi,
This little OT.
Regarding Japanese customer service. Long time ago when we were using
fountain pens,
I had worn out Pilot pen which gave me long service(received it as
university grad. gift then)
I sent for a new pen tip with couple dollars, In return I got a letter
thanking me for using their
product and brand new pen to show their appreciation. Do we see this
kind of service these
days?
