[Icom] Getting a reply from Icom by email

I sent a request to Icom Canada to find out when my Pro was manufactured
(via serial number). They did reply and told me that they do not have
that information available.  (2 days response time) at the same time I
also emailed Icom Japan with the same request. Not only did they tell me
when the pro was manufactured (April 2002) but I got the answer the next
day...

Has anybody on this list ever sent a email to Icom via their webpage?
I had a question for them about a Icom radio and it just hit me
overnight
that I never got a reply back from them, its been at least 3 weeks now.

Anybody ever tried the same thing and what was you're result.
