[Icom] 2 meter radios and rf overload

Hi Dan,
I do quite a lot of weak signal hidden transmitter hunting and without
the DCI filter every 2m radio I have tried behaves badly when near very
strong signals. The DCI filter is definitely worth the $89. Too bad
it is twice the size of a radio but then again you can transmit 200w
through it. Just remember that if your source of squaking is due to a
2m inband signal the DCI filter will not help you. Also be aware that
the helical resonator type of filters (like the DCI) also pass the odd
harmonics. However that usually is not a concern.
