[Icom] Problem with CT-17

I just got a new computer. Now am having problem with CT-17..
I follow Icom's directions..All goes well..That is until I apply power to the CT-17.
Before I apply power, the two radios and PW-1 function perfectly. After applying
power, the radios do not communicate with each other or the PW-1. Also, I can
not see freq.,mode, etc. on logging program anymore. This all used to work very well.

Have I cooked the CT-17? What usually fails?
