[Icom] 775-DSP with HM-I mike

Hello all,

Has anyone had any problem with ground loops using the HM-I mike ? The =
Goldline works just fine, but we are pulling the hair out of our heads =
trying to figure out the problem. The ground is a twin ground 10' for =
the electrical box. From the electrical box, they ran the copper ground =
to the amp and one to the radios. I tried using an Sm-6 and there was no =
problem, but Bob, K9EID, said that the 775 was notorious for ground loop =
problems. We have changed grounds to several places. Has anyone =
experienced this problem with their 775-DSP and an HM-I ?  Thanks for =
