[Icom] Re: logic IC for IC970H

Hi Group members,

The IC3 SC1128 in the logic unit of IC970H control the TX and RX =
frequency range of IC970H.  Could any of you advise me where and how to =
get it?

My IC970D (Japanese version of IC970H) has limited TX range so that I =
would like to get this IC for replacement.
