[Icom] IC-211 info needed

Been there, done that over 20 years ago with the IC-211. It worked fine for
the first year that I owned it. Then all heck broke loose. After spending
weeks trying to fix various problems with poor soldering joints on the PC
boards I sold it for junk. It seemed that when I fixed one problem another
would crop up. That's a bad actor radio. It's well known about the cold
solder joints around the PC board plated through holes.
