Thanks to all who answered my question. The consensus seems to be that it
may or may not work, but trying it is the answer. Also, some length
modification may be necessary.
I will try it during the next week and see how it works. My MFJ-989C has
been tuning the antenna on all bands from 80 on up, but I would prefer
automatic tuning if possible (old, dim eyes, ya know!).
