[Icom] IC-2100H alternator whine problems

Gert:
Install a 1000 mfd capacitor at 25V across the 13.8V DC power line as close
to the new rig as possible.  In some of the older 2 meter rigs with more
room we could install that capacitor inside the rig right across the 13.8VDC
terminal to ground. That always worked for me in the past.   73's Don
