[Icom] 746/756 SEND Relay

Hi,
Not only ICOM relays, K and Y have same kind of relays in their radios.
External keying is decent thing to do no matter what.
Remember those old Dow coax relays with foot switch? Good old days.
Then we never had relay problems. I miss that relay chatter.
