[Icom] 746/756 SEND Relay

this is really amazing...the relay issue with icom...
when I got my pro 2, and almost destroyed the relay, i installed an external 
relay to key my amp. PERIOD. Knowing that the icom relay is very light duty, 
i wasn't going to experiment with a kilobuck rig and chance anything...either 
buy one, make one, or don't key any amp other than an icom, cause it will 
just cause problems...and if the icom support people have given different 
answers at times, why chance it!
