[Icom] happy ending to the texas tower customer non-service

I can't speak for Texas Towers but like a lot of things, you get what you pay 
for. Some dealers are little more than WATS line order funnels. Seems a lot 
of times we can easily find ourselves saving a few dollars on a rather 
expensive purchase only to find out later what that savings really netted us 
in service!

Unfortunately, it is a problem found in more than just ham radio equipment!
