Yes Bill but we are talking about ham radio with no offense intended and
when you pay the kind of dollars this equipment costs that for the most part
you buy sight un seen, you should be treated with respect and like a valued
customer. Texas Towers like a lot of other ham radio dealers sells the same
equipment and if they can't treat customers as valued or important..they
should get out of the business. I can buy most anything cheaper at a ham
dealer called Giga Parts and whether it is asking a question, getting prices
etc etc, George and his folks are always friendly and A+++ and will BEAT
ANYBODY'S PRICE. I will agree with you on one account. It happens in more
than just ham radio..but we as customers are to blame for letting people by
with poor service and mistreatment. If more people stood up for their
rights, it would stop or not go on as much as it does. We have become to
passive. Customers do have rights. No offense, just stating facts. 73, Steve
