[Icom] IC 2710 Output problem

I have an IC 2710 that has intimately no power output.  The meter on the
front panel shows power out put, but the external power meter shows no
power out.  This is verified by  very weak signal reports.  I have sent
it to be repaired and the technician says that he gets power out.  I
bring it back home and sure enough it has power out.  I use it for
several days and all at once no power out.  This happens on all power
settings.  Anyone else  every have this problem and if so what fixed it?
This only happens on the 2 meter side and not the 440 side.
