[Icom] IC 2710 Output problem

Hi Vic,

        That rig is similiar to my 207h and mine had a bad alc transistor
and would shut down the xmitter and only run very low power, just noticeable
with a ht near by. Mine was intermittent until it finally quit, and had to
send it it twice as it went out twice. Then I noticed a bad ground inside of
my car from the dash to frame ground which I assume was causing the
transistor to go out premature. Now have a new car and no grounding problem
and rig works ok
